Abstract

This article is a review that is a critical reading of a guidebook that inspires and motivates its readers entitled The Leader Habit by Martin Lanik. Martin poured out his thoughts, that the habits of a successful leader can be learned and not merely come from natural talent, Martin emphasized that being a great leader involves a lifelong learning process, so a book entitled The Leader Habit was published. The method of this study is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques on the book's object referred to above. The results of the study show that this book provides valuable insights into becoming a great leader and involves a lifelong learning process, to become a great leader is not easy and it takes a long time to go through the steps one by one it will build the foundation to become a leader. clearly and in detail about the mechanisms of habit formation and strategies that can be applied to form successful habits and highlight the role of the environment in forming habits, providing practical guidance on how to create an environment that supports positive habit change.
